Splatterware

Splatterware
Splatterware, a dense, textural, upholstery fabric, is the latest introduction into the Rogers & Goffigon textile collection It is available in seven bright, cheerful, beautiful, colorways, each combined with white. Splatterware is woven with a thick white bouclé yarn in the warp and weft, combined with a thinner dyed yarn also in the warp and weft, creating a pattern evocative of the Splatterware pottery technique which originated circa 1750 in England, whereby a color is sponged or splattered onto a solid background color. The heavily textured yarns and intricate weave yields a very thick, stable, good looking fabric for use in any style of décor.
